1. Tell us more about your company and your journey.

I started quite young , I remember I was 16 years old where the terms ‘Entrepreneurship’ and ‘startups’ seemed too fancy and how motivated I used to get reading about young entrepreneurs like Steve jobs, Mark Zukerburg where their ideas and imagination literally changed the world.

With very limited knowledge yet with a lot of passion and hunger to make an impact, I did everything to gain knowledge, understand the market and much more.

There were days I used to bunk school and skip exams just to watch various B plan competitions or some investment pitches. Being around new ideas just made me happy.

Over a period of time I am glad, I have been able to make some impact with my work – be it my startups, the social projects I have started, the platforms where I have been vocal and I hope I continue to do the same in future.

Human Science is world’s first technical expert based organization working in stress elimination via pure scientific techniques, our service is a scientific technique which on practice for just 25 minutes can eliminate all forms of stress – mental, physical, psychological and emotional.

This technique regulates the breathing pattern and regulates the flow of the particular hormone that causes stress into the human mind.

With the vision to create a stress free world, Human science aspires to build a new industry of “scientific stress elimination’ all together.

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

90% Indians, 78% Asians and around 83% global population face stress on a daily basis. Stress is no more a mental health concern but unfortunately has become an inseparable part of our lives.

The current market available solutions revolve around meditation, yoga, spiritualism while there was a lack of solution for the ‘modern people’.

The goal is simple, to revolutionize and establish an entirely new industry to cater one of the greatest problem being faced by the mankind.

With the aim to build a series of human science centers pan India and globally, our stress elimination courses help people practice the technique for the desired results.

3. What has been the biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome it?

The biggest challenge for any entrepreneur is uncertainty, how welcoming would the market be for something so different.

I think in my case, the challenge has been my age and my gender. I am sure, the times have changed but in the initial days, I was not taken seriously and a lot of gender biased questions became obvious.

A particular incidence I remember an investor telling me – "You girls are just not focused and I can’t risk my money, one day, you want to start a beauty parlor, some other days you want to start a clothing brand!"

I think nothing worthy ever comes easy, the only way to push failure aside is to dive back into the field and work on your dreams.

Entrepreneurship is an ultimate part of self discovery and I think anyone who is crazy enough to believe and their ideas are in sync with their held vision will automatically shut the windows of doubts.

4. What led you into social activism ?

I have a deeper reason to be active into social activism. I was fortunate enough to realize my calling early in life i.e. to impact and change lives and what’s better than being chosen to be the voice of the voiceless .

Project Kilkari is extremely close to my heart, where our reward is every kid’s changed life whom we have been able to connect to education and school, those smiles are priceless and motivate all 300 members of our Kilkari family to work harder.

5. What is your opinion on social media activism?

Social media is where people literally live these days, nothing runs our day other than the news, the hashtags, the trends we use and encounter on Facebook and Instagram.

Social media has become the new way of life and a great opportunity to join movement, to be aware of and support the things that matter.

From #metoo, #timesup, #westrike, #neveragain, social activism wield the power of the internet to pressure the powerful organizations.

6. What is your favorite book and why?

‘The Secret’ – the new bible for the modern race.

This book has really helped me change my mindset and very beautifully have taught me the working of human existence and how to achieve anything we put our mind too.

This book is actually a treasure for all those who are willing to challenge the human existence and working of nature beyond our existing understanding. I highly recommend this book to everyone.
