1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I have been from a very different background apart from this industry. I'm a bachelor in Hotel Management and even done travel and tourism post-graduation. I have also studied Aviation and Ground staff Management. After completing my studies I was working with Taj Lands End, Bandra and Indigo Airlines.

2. Did you ever think or dream of being an actor?

I never had as such a dream. I never thought I'll become an actor.

3. How can one approach their career and have the confidence and belief to become an actor?

Decide what they want to become in life. Set their own goals n targets to achieve it. One should be real, pure and should have faith in themselves. There is no shortcut to success. You need to keep on audition and never get your morale down despite rejections. One has to keep trying until and unless you get some work. For approaching part, I would say one should directly get in touch with productions and ask for auditions.

4. If not this, what would you be doing?

Oh! Tough! I guess a job in an Airline or a hotel. But more or less, I'm living my life and enjoying everything that I'm going through professionally or personally.

5. For a complete outsider with inroads, what advice would you like to give?

I would say if you have made your mind to be an actor, no one can stop you if you have talent. All it takes is the right approach and the right time. Freshers should start with theatre plays and ads. Because just as marketing strategies they need to understand the give and take terms in acting with what the director wants out of that character and the need for the script!

6. What is your mantra of success?

Just keep working! I love to do every act by heart. Because that's when you feel the essence of that specific role that I play as you need to get into the skin of words written in the script. I love my job and hence, my job loves me back too.

7. Which is your favourite book and why?

Oh! I'm really not a good reader actually. I don't read much.
