In 2016, while I was studying a different kind of training and sports discipline, I discovered the calisthenics’s world and free body training, from that point, my passion has exploded by knowing Chris Heira, one of the best athletes in the world.
1. Tell us about your background and journey.
I am Nicola Rinaldi and I was born in Italy, in Arzignano, province of Vicenza in 1988, to Italian parents.
From a very young age, I had to develop a spirit of adaptation because of the continuous changing of schools and houses because of my parent’s work, this fact gave me the opportunity to train my mentality to be more elastic and to empower my ability to socialize.
I have obtained a diploma as an accountant in 2009, a journey that has forged a large part of my character, I have learned to be very precise, to pay attention to the minimum detail and I have learned to be very organized in my days, at home, working and in the goals I put in my mind.
I always have been with a lot of energy and sportive, I always have to do something, when I was a child I was thinking about to be a footballer, but I had a very bad knee injury in 2006, but not all the bad things come to hurt.
In the same year, I have approached the fitness’s world, at the beginning I was forced by the rehab but I fell in love every day more and more, until 2007 when after a long period of self-analysis, I have learned to use to physical training to feel good mentally, two concepts that go hand in hand.
In 2020 at the age of 32 years I have achieved my best physical form, this because of a healthy alimentation, a balanced lifestyle, and a personal program of training, with the thought that my commitment and my desire won’t vanish, instead it will be an incentive to constantly improve, this my mindset: always find new goals if you want. you can!
2. What is your fitness mantra?
I will be honest by saying that when I decided to start this journey in the fitness world I had not taken seriously into account this route but as with every important and respected story, it is from this initial negation that allowed my passion to be born.
In 2016, while I was studying a different kind of training and sports discipline, I discovered the calisthenics’s world and free body training, from that point, my passion has exploded by knowing Chris Heira, one of the best athletes in the world.
He stimulated me to put in my mind constant goals and to find the right mentality to do my best at my training, how to build them, how to do them, and how to organize with all the things that I have to do during my days.
3. How did you become a fitness model and reach this stage?
I always had the passion for photography, during my travels I never lost the occasion of doing photos and let me be pictured in astonishing places that I saw, who has traveled with me knows something about it, I appreciate the patience.
Through an agency which I am part of and my Instagram profile, I have been able to bring on this project, with commitment and determination I have been capable to have many gratifications.
I feel lucky because I have been able to group my passions in one form of expression, I like to think that I can stimulate the improvement of the body, lifestyle, and mindset, like it happened to me, in the people that look at my photos.
4. What is your opinion of body image created by the media and how hard is it to put up with it?
I think that media create this stereotype of the perfect body that is presented to us every day, more in social media instead of in magazines or on television, obviously, we are talking about marketing, and we all know how it works.
it is necessary to be able and conscious of taking the right stimulus in these marketing campaigns in order to improve ourselves but always using our head, excesses are always wrongs, in every sector.
I am inside this world, and I can tell you how the mentality can help you to bring the result at home, without it is very difficult to keep this kind of condition. The will that sometimes is missing, the time we have at our disposal and the attention of the alimentation, here we are talking about constancy, only being constant every day you can have the result you want.
I know that it is extremely complicated to organize everything but it is not impossible, one time that you create and personalize your routine, you will notice that is all easier and pleasant than you expected, all without renouncing the other pleasures that life offers.
5. How important is social media validation in your profession?
Social media are and will be one of the most powerful tools of our society, through them we have the possibility to have an international view, we can share our ideas, talents, and passions with the possibility to socialize with people in every corner of the world.
We just have to think about how many users are present on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, and so on. Users that interact with the content of every single subject, they are a fundamental weapon in every sector, If you know how to use them you have a big advantage, I’m talking for personal experience, social media can open new doors, new chances, and new collaborations.
This is only one of the many aspects of social media, I personally use this tool to promote my image and in particular, I use Instagram because I think that is the most effective tool to immerse in this world and to let other people know you in the field you would like to be known.
6. How can one maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle?
As I said in the first step, to be able to face this kind of journey is to impose your discipline in a strong mentality, without this step it will be difficult to keep and achieve the goals established and there will be the risk of giving up at the first difficult.
To organize training on the basis of the daily plans that every person has, to personalize a weekly plan of work, and to have a healthy daily routine are the fundamentals to improve the body and to keep the physical line stressed.
Alimentation has to be cured and followed every day, it constitutes the major part of the work and of the final result, eat healthy food full of rich nutrients and drink a lot of water will help to feel more energetic and positive.
Every week I concede to myself one or two meals where a go to eat my favorite foods like pizza or sushi, it is important not to avoid at all the favorite meals but it is always important using your head e not exceed.
7. What are some of your upcoming projects?
I am sure that when at the right time I will write down my experience and knowledge where I will show the way to achieve a strong mentality in the fitness world, how to organize the daily routine between work, commitments and training.
I will explain how to personalize the weekly training on the basis of the active days that a person has at his disposal.
I feel very realized and good to be able to share my journey and maybe to be able to inspire other people to improve their lifestyle and their body’s health.
