As a Kid I Would Act and Dance in Front of the Mirror and Only Dream of Doing the Same on the Big Screen.
I am born and brought up in the heart of Bollywood and The City of Dreams - Mumbai. This may sound a little filmy, but as a kid I would act and dance in front of the mirror and only dream of doing the same on the big screen. But education was always my first priority.
So, I completed my Masters degree in Media and Entertainment and worked in the Film Marketing Division of a leading Production House. All was going great, but one fine day I decided to quit that job to follow my passion and fulfil my childhood dream.
I trained hard to work on my craft and did a lot of plays. Professionally, my career picked after I bagged a role in a web series called ’Tumse Na Ho Payega’ launched by Eros Now. Since then I am working seamlessly towards my goals.
2. Did you ever think or dream of being an actor?
Ever since I knew what dreams are, the only dream I had was to become an actor.
3. How can one approach their career and have the confidence and belief to become an actor?
Practice makes a man perfect. Confidence in general can be built once a person has mastered the art of doing something. So keep working on your craft everyday.

Take up acting courses and regular workshops to enhance your skills. Evaluate yourself and take up projects which act as a good base to learn and constantly evolve to adapt.
4. If not this, what would you be doing?
Umm, interesting question. Well, I have never really thought about it . However to answer your question, it would be something in the field of fashion.
5. For a complete outsider with inroads, what advice would you like to give?
"Just Be At It" . It certainly is a difficult path but if you have the courage to follow your dreams then nothing can stop you. Just stick to the 3P’s - Passion, Patience and Persistence as that will definitely sail your boat through tough storms.

Many times, you may feel like giving up but trust me, even if there is 1 percent chance of you achieving your dreams then put in your 100 percent to make that happen. Because nothing can beat the happiness of waking up everyday and doing a job that you love.
6. What is your mantra of success?
There’s a very famous quote by Walt Disney which I’ve always believed in ’If you can dream it you can do it’’
7.Which is your favourite book and why?
Honestly, quite a few. But my all time favourite is “The Secret” because it speaks about the power of manifestation - which I totally believe in. About thoughts becoming things and stuff like if you really wish for something the universe comes together to make it happen.
