I do not prepare for any talk as such, I prefer to speak impromptu, coz my life experiences are not remembered. It is inside me as a story of a female. My all speech I do give by heart than brain.

To become a public speaker, you should be ready to accept your flaws and have a dare and fear to face the criticism as well, what mistakes you do, and listen to your speech, again and again, post your stage talk, so that you can notice your mistakes and learn from the mistakes you do and improve further.
The first step is to have confidence in you, second is to know the subject .your are speaking, third is communication skills and most important is the passion for the topic to speak or charm to wow the public and a bit hilarious and should know your audience well, before getting on to the stage, and attitude in actions and right body language
4. Can motivational speaking become a full-time career?
Yes being a motivational speaker, yes it's a full-time career if you are focus on your subject and deliveries of the talk and market it well.
5. Which is your favorite talk ever and how did it change your life?
My first ted x talk, female bodyguard, Veena Gupta, where, we were to speak without seeing any script and nonstop for 18 minutes, and my communication was a big barrier in mind, since I come from Hindi medium background, and that was such first TEDx talk in English and without having any document in front.
This gave me enough courage to correct my flaws. I have been speaking in many forums before but this talk in 2017, has changed me as a person, and my further talk which always well-practiced and advance, I never liked it the way I liked my first innocent heart-to-heart talk, without doing any homework.
So the end of the day if it's your story and it's you who is narrating it in front of the public, you are done and catch the attention of the public. This made me a more famous person in terms of acceptance for my profession.
