A language app can make your learning easy but even if you’ve managed to succeed at the impressive feat of memorizing 1,000 vocabulary terms. It doesn’t count for much if you can’t use them in an actual conversation.

Learning a language in theory is not the same as learning it in practical world. Fluency is a big thing to effectively speak a language and this will only be achieved if you practice the sentences daily.

If you are able to characterize the difference and pronunciations but still there is something left to be learned that the native speakers of that region speaks. By this you will still feel wanted somewhere while speaking.

So we can conclude that Language Apps are effective to learn a second language as it takes you to the best learning experience but at the same times, errors and fluency can be improved by consistent practice and exposure with the native speakers.
