1. Tell us more about your background and your journey as an entrepreneur.

I am an enthusiastic entrepreneur, who believes that life is a great adventure and a profound journey. My particular journey started in a small town called Pehowa (HARYANA) INDIA. From the very start, I was full of dreams and motivation.

In an effort to make my dreams a reality, I earned an Engineering degree and worked in the FMCG (FAST MOVING CONSUMER GOODS) industry for six years. And with the knowledge and experience obtained in my career so far, I’m moving to the next stage.

In 2018, I started a global venture called Perfect PlanB. The Perfect PlanB Group. It is a One-Stop Solution (E-Learning and E-Business).

We are a diversified multinational entity catering to varied businesses that include Education, E-Learning, E-Business, etc helping everyone across the world to Learn grow and become leaders of tomorrow through our unique strategy of LEARN NOW PAY LATER.

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

Someone very rightly said: “If PLAN A doesn't work, the alphabet has 25 more letters”.

Also, it is very much known that various people today are following certain PLAN A in their lives and are constantly looking for PLAN B in order to get success/to achieve something bigger.

On various research and development, I found that of course, one can’t cater to Plan B of each and every individual, but one thing can help everyone in achieving their Plan B and which is known as “EDUCATION”.

But there lie certain issues:
- As we already know, Education is very costly
- Every year, 52 lacs students graduate, but 80% don’t get a job, and many lands up with just a 10-20k salary package
- Next, If I talk about working professionals, 90% of them, don’t get a hike just because of the fear of losing their jobs
- And the biggest challenge, only 20% population can afford this costly education, but what about that remaining 80%?

Thus, I came up with the idea of affordable & quality education for all, covering 80% population along with 20%. Thus, a one-stop solution for everyone.

Now the main question, HOW DO WE EXECUTE THAT?
We, at Perfect Plan B, follow the strategy “LEARN NOW PAY LATER” where we train candidates on Live Projects under industry experts from Google, Adobe, Microsoft, etc. (IITians and NITians) focusing on industry-specific courses.

Further, we channelize this knowledge by arranging interviews for the candidates in the right companies.

3. What is Perfect Plan B all about?

4. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

- First and foremost thing is having a clear vision
- One should always remember why you started
- Most important thing is team building because once you focus on building the team, then your team will help in building your business.

5. What are your tips for first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?

- Your WHY should be very much clear because an entrepreneur's life is all about adding values to other people's lives.

6. How can entrepreneurs overcome funding and scaling up challenges?

- When you have an idea and have a team, I suggest not just depend on funding, try to build the structure, start with baby steps, bring it to operation, and then there will be no issues in scaling up and getting funding.

7. Which is your favorite book and why?

- "Unposted Letter" by "Mahatria Ra"
This book helped me a lot to understand the real values of life. I understood I have One life and I should follow my dreams and set goals to achieve them.

And the biggest learning is I realize there is no problem in life. There are only challenges. If you try to run away from the problems, problems will follow you. You should take it as a challenge because you can solve all challenges.

Your life should consist of challenges and ups and downs because having a settles or a straight line in your life is equivalent to having no life at all.

8. How do you define success for yourself & your business?

- I got success at each point of my journey, whatever things I did, whatever challenges I faced, and overcoming them is a success. Setting new goals every day and then achieving them is a success. Starting from 0, then reaching 50, then again 0, then again reaching 0 to 1000, is what is a success for me.

Success for business is very simple: Helping people to learn, grow, and become leaders of tomorrow.
