Since then there was no going back. I started working on a presentation, better photos and made my Instagram page public

Tell us about your background and journey.

I am a food blogger and a recipe developer. My Instagram journey was started something around 2017, but it was not a serious one. I had recently shifted to Mumbai after my marriage and was working from home, wfh gave me some extra time and at that time I started trying new recipes.

So I would often take a quick picture before eating and update that on instagram, slowly that interest in cooking and clicking grew and I started following few food bloggers on Instagram. Since then there was no going back. I started working on a presentation, better photos and made my Instagram page public.

Which is your favourite cuisine and why?

I don't have one favourite it keeps changing with time, and my recent favourites are Indian fusion sweets, the dish that I am enjoying the most these days is my rasmalai white chocolate squares.

How often do you cook for posting pictures on Instagram?

I do it almost daily unless I am busy with my office work or with my son.

Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?

I have always been a fan of the old and small joints, as I feel they are much more about food, they all have a beautiful story associated with them, and serve the most authentic food.


How long does it take to get a perfect Instagram shot?

It actually is very unpredictable sometimes 10 mins and sometimes 1 hour.
But most of my shots happen within 30 mins except few where I have to change the arrangements a few times.

I use a DSLR camera Nikon D3400 with basic kit lens
