Praveen Kumar Verma - Diet & Exercises Has a Major Role to Make Our Body and Mind Healthy, Strong and Stable (Yoga Instructor)


Mr. Praveen Kumar Verma has a solid yoga practice spanning over 32 years. His teaching experience is more than a decade he has taught both on National and International grounds and presently working in Hanoi, Vietnam for the last continues 10 years.

Mr. Praveen Kumar Verma has a solid yoga practice spanning over 32 years. His teaching experience is more than a decade he has taught both on National and International grounds and presently working in Hanoi, Vietnam for the last continues 10 years.

Mr. Praveen has received many accolades and accreditation from some of the most prestigious organizations within the yoga fraternity. He has been completed ERYT 500, RYS 500, Yoga Alliance USA, M.A in Yoga, P.G Diploma in Yoga and N.D.D.Y from India, MBA and Represented India at International competition in Brazil, Portugal, Malaysia and Singapore and won more than 35 Medals at Enter college, All India Enter Universities, National and International ground.

Recently he was awarded International Yoga Referee during “World Yoga Championship, Malaysia 2015, Asian Yoga Championship Hanoi, Vietnam 2016 and Asian Yoga Championship Singapore 2017. Organized Yoga Workshop in “Texas International Yoga Conference Houston, Texas, USA, Mexico City, Mexico, India, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and so on in Vietnam.

He brings a certain kind of confidence, compassion and creative fluidity into his practice which effortlessly rubs on to each and every student. So come and experience this cosmic energy exchange, as he lovingly offers himself to be a catalyst, opening you to the wonderful world of yogic science.

According to Mr. Praveen “Yoga is not just about postures and making the body sweat out, it is also about learning to know yours self. The deeper we move within a posture, the more we can learn to concentrate and meditate within ourselves.”


2. What is your fitness mantra?

Stay Positive in any Situation and constantly putting efforts during my self Practice, Teaching, Encourage, Motivate & Inspire to my students and receive a lot of blessing from my big big big Yoga Family around the world.


3. What are some of the major misconceptions about diets and exercises?

Diet & Exercises has a major role to make our Body and Mind healthy, Strong and stable. And it's has a great combination too. But still there are some misconceptions about it. Like Diets means to eat less, become hungry or eat & Drink nothing. 

But it's not like that. Diet actual define as per the different Body Type. Different Body can have different diet. What actual body needs that's comes in diet. And your diet will have great impact on your exercise. And it will have a right impact on your body.


4. How can one maintain a healthy lifestyle with Yoga?

Anyone can maintain a healthy lifestyle with Yoga. The modern life style become so much hectic, painful & stressful because of so many reason like working style include sitting and standing position, Working continue on phone, computers and other electronic gadgets.

But YOGA can be best and effective remedies to cure all these physical and mental problem. Yoga bring in us Positivity, Discipline, Strength, Stability, Calmness and Peacefulness.


5. How can one build a successful career in your field?

Anyone who is full of patience and Passionate about Yoga they can build a successful career in my field. Just remember that their is no short cut to achieve success in life, we need to put continues effort to get success.

Few Tips -
  • Continues learning for to improve your knowledge and understanding
  • Require enough or basic qualification for start teaching
  • Active on social media and build up your network
  • Work on improve teacher and teaching qualities include (Communication, Leadership, Stability, Self practice & confidence etc)
  • Start giving free classes to build up and engage with clients. 


6. What is one piece of advice you would like to give someone who wishes to practice yoga?

Just listen to your Body. Even you are beginner or long time doing yoga, Never ever push your self beyond your limit. Yoga is not about how maximum you are doing it, it's all about how you are doing it. Never compare your self with others. Because it's just like Self Journey to know more about our self and everyone has their own joinery.


7. How do Yoga and daily exercise contributes to overall well being and happiness.

It's difficult to describe in words. Because It's only can feel & experience once you will start doing your own self Yoga Journey.

We always heard Health is wealth means our Health has more importance than wealth. Health define as Physically & Mentally. With the Practice of YOGA including Asana, Pranayama, Meditation you will be physically and Mentally fit, Healthy, Strong & Stable. And if you have all these qualities then definitely your life will lead to overall well being and happiness.
