If you Why is clear then your How becomes easy. If you have something interesting to share which brings transformation in people then you can develop the skills of public speaking.
As a business coach, everyone wants to know what we do or how we are successful. It is my firm belief that if I can do it, anybody can do it.
I started my Journey from a restaurant business, and I did all the hard things from the kitchen to counter because it was a family business. Then there were some personal challenges in which I have to leave everything since it was a blessing in disguise that I got an opportunity to start a printing business.
So I used to do canvassing, it is getting orders from corporate or other business people and getting it done from the local printers and delivering it back to the clients. As I was having very little knowledge of business I made losses as some clients didn’t pay even after delivering their orders.
Then I also got into the business of and framings. A lot of artists used to come to Bombay for exhibitions, Most of them had a challenge with Framings due to logistic issue and displaying their painting with proper frames was their challenge, so I helped them in making frames for their paintings and delivering it for their exhibitions.

So I got connected with a lot of artists, a lot of people who were art. So then I help the artists, to sell their paintings to art cynosures.
My cousin Ajit Kamath an established trainer and facilitator. He gave me an opportunity to assist him with different training programs, so I started with arranging chairs, keeping water bottles, coordinating with trainers and clients.

I was involved in the logistic and slowly moved into the delivery of training modules. I will always be grateful and owe my success to him as he got me into this business and even today mentors me to achieve my true potential.
Then I got an opportunity to attend the Tony Robbins program, and that was my turning point. There I met Mr Solomon Salvis, who introduces me to APTECH.

He was looking for fresh trainers to deliver training for their clients, though I used to do small personality development programs. Still, at that time, I did not know much about training. So when I went into APTECH, there I got a clear understanding of the platform skills, soft skills, and behavioural skills.
I also got certified on behavioural training as a certified behavioural analyst. I was trained under Dr Richard Mc Hugh and got certified as an NLP Master Practitioner.
From there, I moved to an organization called SMART. SMART under the guidance of Mr Santosh Nair is one of those organization that helps entrepreneurs to transform their business to the next level. So I got an opportunity to work with him. Base on my training experience and knowledge in business, I was able to help many entrepreneurs to overcome their business challenges.
From there, I started an organization with one of my friends. Initially, we were doing very well, but one day. There was conflict, certain unwanted things were happening in the organization, and even when I raised an objection, things did not change. So I had no option but to move out. Although I was a co-founder, I had to quit. And that one decision cost me seventy lac.
From there, I had to start from scratch. There were times when I was not even able to manage my monthly expenses. I was continuously upgrading myself and not allow any negative thoughts to stop me. I started meeting clients, giving them my services sometimes free, to get my confidence back. It was very lonely and frustrating at that time.
And slowly, slowly, things started becoming picked up. Today I am a successful business coach conducted my workshop pan India. Also conducted training for Juris Corp in Egypt. I am a Founder Incubator of Excellence,(INN3). Director of LK consultancy, where we recruit people in the travel industry.

We have also started a Travel Academy and as a co-founder of LK Academy of Skills Development, where we train and place people in best companies. So this is my journeys, from struggle to success. I have experienced it all from failed partnership to people ditching me at critical times in business, but that’s life.
