Shweta Konnur Menon - Hard Work Is The Key To Reach The Desired Goal (Actress)

I didn't dream of becoming an actress, it was just a luck by chance and it was destined to happen.

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I am an army kid. I have lived around different cities and changed around eight or nine schools as my residence wasn't stable. I did my higher studies in Architecture from where I got the opportunity of working in the film industry. My first film hit a huge success and from there I got many offers and ended up doing around fifty films till date.

2. Did you ever think or dream of becoming an actress?

I didn't dream of becoming an actress, it was just a luck by chance and it was destined to happen.

3. What are you currently doing?

I'm not currently working on anything but I'm waiting for something to come up which is worth my time, if so I would gladly take over it.

4. What are some of the lesser known thoughts about you?

The lesser known things about me is that I'm very good at yoga, I love to work out each and every single day and it's an addiction for me. Adding to it, I love to read books, watch movies and I'm a great swimmer. These are some of the things which people don't know about me.

5. For a complete outsider with no inroads, what advice would you like to give?

I'm also a complete outsider and it's just because my luck was very good, I was able to make up in this industry. But Hard work is the key to reach the desired goal you need so I would suggest to work hard for those who are willing to take up their career in film industry and I don't think there is any other formula other than this.

6. What is your idea of success in life?

My idea of success in life is being happy and to have mental peace and happiness because that is most important in life which I don't think any amount of money can buy.
