1. Keepers

The Keepers initially starts with the story of Baltimore's beloved nun Sister Cathy Cesnik eventually turns into a story about the corruption and wrongdoings with the Catholic church. To this date, her murder mystery remains unsolved.

Directed by Jenny Popplewell, this true crime documentary unravels the horrific murder of the Watts family in 2018, in Frederick, in Colorado. Chris Watt murdered his pregnant wife and their two daughters. The documentary reveals numerous archival footage of the family.


4. The Confession Killer

The Television miniseries is about the confessions of serial killer Henry Lee Locus. He confessed over 200 murders in the United States. But soon it was discovered he never actually committed those murders.

Novelist Michael Peterson claims his wife died after falling from the staircase. However the medical examination revealed some other aspects which resulted in Peterson becoming the prime suspect of the murder investigation.

As the name suggests, the four-part documentary series is packed with America's most notorious serial killer's real accounts. The series has more to it. It features footage and testimonies of women who managed to save their lives. More than 100 hours of interview footage with Ted was used to make this documentary.

This Oscar-nominated documentary  directed by Yance Ford is about the killing of her brother, a 24 years old Black teacher, William Ford. He was shot dead by a 19 years old white mechanic Mark Reilly. This story depicts the racial inequalities which still remain persistent in the judicial system.
