2. Which is your favorite cuisine and dish?

Being from North India, North Indian cuisine is easily my favorite one. Love the traditional dishes of north India filled with so many spices, flavor, and texture. There are a lot of North Indian dishes, but talking about my favorite dish I would like to go with Dal Makhni (Maa ki Dal) when it comes to lunch, dinner, or even breakfast too.
Abhishek

It is a north Indian classic dish which is originated from Punjab. Apart from that, my favorite cuisine is Chinese. Who wouldn't love to eat pizza, burgers, and momo? We all are fond of street food when it comes to Chinese cuisine.

3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

As of now, "yes" can be a career option as well. It's all depends upon the hard work, consistency, and the most important passion & dedication towards your goals. Because only your passion and dedication help you to achieve your goal/dream in life.

There are food bloggers around the world who earn by doing content development, hosting food festivals, food research, food photography for brands, and collaboration with brands.

4. Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?

There are many restaurants in Gwalior that serve mouthwatering and delicious food. My favorite one is themansinghgwalior which is situated in DD mall Gwalior. There's Hyderabadi biryani, Dal Makhni, and egg curry was my favorite and even my whole family loves to visit there wherever we go out for dinner.

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

Being a food blogger I always check out few things while reviewing any place or dish and those are the ambiance of the restaurant, hospitality, pricing, presentation, uniqueness of the menu, and the most important quality of food because if we enjoyed our food other things can be ignored at a time.

6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

Yes, I highly associated with paneer dishes.

7. Which is your favorite book and why?

Not a book reader. But I'm quite addicted to music.
