thinking, feeling irritable, heightened alertness, difficulties concentrating, feelings
of panic, problems with sleep, change in appetite and being tensed.

Anxiety disorder can cause rapid heart rate, shortness of breath, dizziness, muscle aches, headaches, digestion problems, fatigue, palpitations and chest pain.

You may also be at an increased risk of high blood pressure and heart disease. If you already have heart disease, anxiety disorder may raise the risk of coronary events.

Levels of Anxiety

Mild anxiety

Mild anxiety is a social anxiety of uneasiness, nervousness or shyness that can be
experience in early childhood through to adulthood.

Moderate anxiety

Moderate anxiety is experience of feeling on edge, being unable to control their
worrying or being unable to relax several days or the majority of days in a week
but not continuously.

Severe anxiety

Severe anxiety disorders frequently have intense, excessive and persistent worry
and fear about everyday situation.

Panic anxiety

Panic anxiety is a sudden action of intense fear that triggers severe physical
reaction even when there is no real danger or apparent problem.


How to Cope up with Anxiety?

  • Exercise daily
  • Take deep breath
  • Avoid alcohol, smoke and drug

Whether Anxious Disorder can be Cured or Not?

Anxiety is not curable, but there are ways to keep it from being a big problem.
Getting the right treatment for your anxiety will help you to control worries so
that you can get on with life. There are many ways to do this.

Most people with anxiety disorders never fully eliminate their anxiety. However,
they can learn how to control their feelings and greatly reduce the severity of
their anxiety through therapy.

The most prominent of anti-anxiety drugs for the purpose of immediate relief is
benzodiazepines.
