your career, your company or your own life, the results are that your relationship
will improve, you will be more successful in achieving your goals and you will have more time to enjoy your journey.

Your commitment does not end with the decision that you are going to make, it always starts after your decision is made. So make your decisions carefully.


What is Commitment?

Commitment is dedication to a particular organization, cause, or belief, and a
willingness to get involved. People who are committed to an organization or
effort truly believe that it is important, and they show up, follow through, and
stick with it. It is a responsibility that every human carry in their life time.

Commitment always appears on relationship, it occurs when a couple agrees to
commitment to one another. It a responsibility of taking care of one’s partner by
financially, mentally, physically and as well as socially.


What is Commitment Phobia?

In many cases fear of commitment originates in early childhood, often in the first
two years of life. It is often caused by a dysfunctional relationship with the
mother, the father, or both parents. The most common causes are: loneliness and
deprivation of emotional security

A partner who has commitment fears may have a hard time with this conversation. They might change the subject or give vague replies when you ask
how they feel. They might flat-out say they aren't looking for a commitment. They avoid more difficult or complicated truths and looking for unrelatable solution for problems.


How Commitment Phobia Issues will Start?

  •  Doing jobs without interest or doesn’t care about it
  •  There will be lots of unfinished things or responsibility
  •  Feeling like trapped into someone’s life or feeling like leading someone’s

  • Changing your thoughts and actions without second thought of what you are actually doing
  •  Move on from one thing to another often
  •  Making important decision at last minute without clear view of it

Is there any treatment for commitment issues?


One fear of commitment can often be addressed and treated in therapy. A
therapist can often help an individual uncover potential causes of commitment
issues and explore ways to work through these issues.

  •  Spending time and understanding the problem and then look for     the solution
  •  Try not to push yourself
  •  Make small steps for every problem and clear it step by step
  •  In relationship, learn to give freedom and space to each other
  •  Don’t put up everything into your mind
  •  Don’t deal with everything on the same time. Make it one by one
  •  Never look back at the negatives or failures
  •  Never judge or compare your commitments with others commitment
  •  Receive comments or advise from others to understand our responsibility
  • Always have elders and supporters
