According to my view, this is the only industry that welcomes talented people by opening their arms. In the TV industry, it doesn’t matter you are from this background or not. If you are having that X factor and that Will and Confidence to make it in this industry you don’t have to struggle that much. Just trust yourself and have believed in yourself and work on your craft every day you will make it soon.
1. Tell us about your background and journey?
I am from the city of steel Jamshedpur. A city that gave many gems such as Priyanka Chopra, R Madhavan, Tanushree Dutta, Esha Dutta, Shilpa Rao, and many more. My father Sushil Tiwary is a Telco employee and my mother Nirmala Devi is a housewife. As many orthodox children face problems to start their career in modeling I didn’t face any such problems instead they were amazed to see my passion and they supported me.
I started my career being in Miss India International and winning the title of state and represented Jharkhand in 2018 in the same. After winning the title of Miss India international Jharkhand 2018 I moved to Mumbai to start my dream career in acting and initially got casted in Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum Star Plus tv serial in 2019.
I came into the limelight and started getting love from everyone in the year 2020 when I bagged the role of Vaayu Pari much loved the character of sony sab tv most popular serial Baalveer Returns. Overall I am enjoying this roller coaster ride of my life.
2. Did you ever think of doing a tv show?
From my childhood, I was very fascinated with TV Serials, movies, and video songs. As soon I completed my diploma in computer application, I focused on modeling and acting. I started my career by joining theatre in Mumbai to learn the skills in acting. And my only ultimate goal was to crack TV Serials. Which by god grace not took much time. And I bagged some important roles in serials and even done a music album and a big banner film too.
3. How can one approach their career and have the confidence and belief to make it on a tv show?
According to my view, this is the only industry that welcomes talented people by opening their arms. In the TV industry, it doesn’t matter you are from this background or not. 4. How important is social media validation in your profession?
This is a digital era fan who just loves your presence on social media. Previously if someone has to follow their idol they had only magazines and newspapers to be connected. Now, this social media helps and acts as a bridge between actors and the public in the fastest mode.
Fans are always excited to know each and every detail of their favorite actors whom even they idolize. So now your presence on social media makes you more lovable among them as they find you on different platforms.
5. For a complete outsider with no inroads, what advice would you like to give?
The only advice which I think will help them to start their career in this industry is to work on their craft, be patient and try to give auditions for the maximum projects without thinking of selection. You will definitely hit the bullseye.
6. What is your mantra of success?
My success mantra is to stop thinking about the past only learn from your failure. As failure is the best teacher which will always help you to achieve whatever you have dreamt of. And never compare yourself with others and always stay grounded.
7. How can one take care of their mental health in this high-pressure glamorous field?
Yes truly acceptable, this industry is full of pressure. The moment you stop thinking about results that pressure vanishes from your mind. The imagination and thinking only for positive outcomes result in heartbreaking and mental illness if the result doesn’t come in your favor.
