Where does your inspiration lie?
Many parts of the novels come from cycling tours I have taken over the years in various countries like Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, and Portugal. In my first novel, “Sunrise in Saigon” along with my 2nd novel, “Veil over Taiwan”, both have several chapters in which the main characters are cycling around to the various locations that the plot was centred around.
