I am Chemical Engg with MBA started my carrier as a trainee Engg to CEO of a top infrastructure company. As a CEO, running a profit center & Managing a balance sheet is my key deliverable.

Earlier, as a Business Head, I have handled one of the performance Units with the company. Running a profitable unit with target contribution & product Mix was my key deliverable. Building a strong team aligned to a common goal across the world was one of my success factors.
As a Product Manager built Product brand & necessary sales tools to improve the effectiveness of the sales team in the field. Product life cycle management and profitability are ensured with the creation of value propositions & application developments.

Many people make dozens of business plans and ideas without first analyzing their own strengths & what they want most. It’s easy to waste time running in the wrong direction when you do not take time to evaluate where you want to go so Clarity of purpose is vital for the achievement of success.

It will make you realize that the quick fix strategy of learning good communication, having an attractive external appearance, learning so many ways to impress others can not work out in long term. To make your life happy and to make your relationships work, you have to work on your character.

My career till present date has just been influenced by the desire to creating a business from the solutions and providing the transition to the operation And maintenance concept by Adding value to the existing Assets. In my current role As a CEO, running a profit center & managing the balance sheet is a key deliverable.

The constant desire to upgrade my skill set to take my career to a higher level has been at the core of my work ethic. This propelled me to undertake the gem–executive program with a Specialization in marketing management at icfAi university Tripura followed by a leadership management course at aim Bangalore.
