What is Music?
That raises an excellent question: what precisely is music? Why is it so appealing? So many questions that our hearts have prompted me to try to answer as many as I can through this essay.
Music, a word is a noun that is described as the science or art of arranging tones or sounds in sequence, combination, and temporal connections to create a composition with unity and continuity.
One of the most valuable art forms in the entire human race is the coordinated symphony. Music has developed from ancient creatures to contemporary man, yet it has remained a very important element of humanity. Furthermore, claiming that only Homo-sapiens enjoy music is completely incorrect; several studies have proven that the power of music is beneficial not only to humans but also to plants and animals.
A pattern of sounds produced by musical instruments, voices, or computers, or a mix of these, to please those who listen. It is said that music is the universal language, language of love, language of sorrows, an expression of emotions. It increases the amount of dopamine in the body. Helps in uplifting your mood.
The world of music is unique and personal. Everyone has their taste, some prefer rock and pop, some like metal music, some like country music, some like classical and folk music. Music's reliance on immediate feelings was no longer viewed as a disadvantage or a flaw, but rather as a source of strength and expressive force.
The people who practice music are called musicians. Musicians are the ones who master playing instruments as well as have vocal abilities. The one who masters either one of these is called instrumentalist or vocalist respectively. With over 1500 instruments Music is a universe unto itself.

The University of Toronto researched 34 cardiac rehabilitation patients who followed prescribed exercise regimens. The participants were divided into three groups: those who did not listen to music, those who listened to personalized playlists and listened to playlists designed to improve tempo-pace synchronization with rhythmic auditory stimulation.
While the group listening to RAS music did not feel like they were using much energy, their stamina, duration, and frequency of exercises all rose as compared to the other two groups.
Recent research indicates that in addition to improving mood, listening to music has a variety of other health advantages, such as pain relief, stress management, enhanced sleep quality, higher IQ, and mental alertness. Music is altering your life... for the better, even if you aren't aware of it.
