I guess the intention and the purpose of someone contributing to a social cause are crucial for the long term. If these 2 factors are clear one can surely channelize their energies and resources and create a difference through their efforts for the particular cause they are supporting.

1. Tell us more about yourself and your life.

A person who lives by the feeling and emotion of "cheers" and wants to touch 10 million lives and want to spread smiles on all the faces through all his actions. This is in short who I am and I live with the above mission every single minute. A YouTuber, philanthropist, adventurer, traveler, foodie, and always full of life with utmost positive energy and enthusiasm.

2. What led you into the field of Coaching, training, and mentoring?

My innate nature of being able to communicate with people of all ages effectively and positively LED me to initially explore myself in the training field. After initial successes being a master trainer in an NGO and traveling to more than 7 states and training 500+ students/Professionals there was no looking back after that. I went strength to strength and have touched more than 1 lac, students/Professionals, in the last 1 decade through my coaching and training sessions.

3. What is that one social cause you care deeply about and why?

Supporting and empowering the small business community is something that is very close to me. Small businesses have such a huge potential to create a change in their neighborhood, families and for themselves but unfortunately seldom they realize this fact and have no guiding force or help that they receive.

Hence through our campaign #ISupportyourbusiness #ISupportyou, we are supporting and empowering the Small Business community pan India completely free of cost by aiding in their Marketing, Branding, and boosting sales.

4. If one wants to contribute and make a difference in social causes, how can one do it?

5. Who is your role model and why?

Sourav Ganguly because the way he fought back and came back into the scheme of things after being written off is something that I admire in him to the fullest. Also, the energy and passion with which he carries himself are what I try to emulate in all my actions in life.

6. What are some of the challenges and roadblocks you have faced along your journey?

Keeping the team motivated and focused on the goals we created together are some of the challenges that I have faced till now. Have tried my level best to keep showing the bigger picture and keep the team going for us to achieve the ultimate goals we set out for.

7. Please tell us about some of your upcoming projects?

The great Indian travel will be a non-stop 101 days road trip along with my wife Laxmi Sorte who is an artist and we will be running for the cause of empowering small businesses, meeting different cultures and people from different states of our country, and exploring the real India and in turn, aim for at least 10 world record titles. This is our dream project that we are gearing up to kickstart from 1st December 2021.

8. Which is your favorite book and why?

The autobiography of Lance Armstrong because I derived a lot of guts and survivor instincts from that book and made me super strong.
