Paris Senpai - A Simple Glass on a Table Can Become an Entire Skit, It Just Takes Some Imagination! (Digital Content Creator From USA)

Paris Senpai

My sister was always into content creation, Youtube, what was then Musically and so on so she made videos occasionally adding me in them, I enjoyed the creative process and eventually began posting on my own account after attending Vidcon in 2019. Now I post consistently on Tiktok, Youtube, and Instagram. Ranging from skits and lip-syncing to vlogs and fashion.

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

We are first-generation Americans, our Mother is from Trinidad and Tobago, we grew up in Maryland, I spent some years attending school in the Caribbean, then we moved over to Los Angeles, California for about 10 years. We were able to see the ins and outs of the entertainment industry, gain some insight, experience, and meet interesting people along the way.

2. What led you to start your blog and what is it about?

My sister was always into content creation, Youtube, what was then Musically and so on so she made videos occasionally adding me in them, I enjoyed the creative process and eventually began posting on my own account after attending Vidcon in 2019. Now I post consistently on Tiktok, Youtube, and Instagram. Ranging from skits and lip-syncing to vlogs and fashion.

3. Is it financially sustainable to be a digital creator these days?

I believe that the profit you make doing anything is based on how you approach it, the game plan that you set in place. Currently, companies understand that digital advertising is the way to go. Utilizing your platform and following, no matter the numbers is just as important as working to grow those numbers consistently.

Understand that there is always someone out there with half your following making twice your income, it's not just about the numbers. There is always an opportunity out there to bring in revenue by doing what you love.

4. How can someone become a successful content creator?

I believe it’s not just about content creation but growing an audience that resonates with you, simply because you are you and no one else. Never be afraid to show some personality, scripted content is great but letting your viewers see parts of you that they feel they can understand and connect with is incredibly important for a strong fan base.

5. How and where do you find inspiration to churn out content?

Inspiration is everywhere in the right mindset, a simple glass on a table can become an entire skit, it just takes some imagination!

6. Who is your favorite creator and why?

Honestly, I’m not just saying this because she is my sister but Arielle Tara is a creator that I can say is genuine in her content, what you see is what you get even off-camera. Yes she does indeed walk around the house telling dad jokes or randomly dancing, she shares these aspects with her audience and I know how important it is to her to make her followers smile, I appreciate that.

7. Which is your favorite book and why?

For this one, it's actually Peter Pan in Scarlet by Geraldine McCaughrean. It is an interesting take on the classic story. No spoilers, but basically the book takes everything that people know and love about Neverland and twists it. It’s a beautiful read.
