Atrangi looks cool and it describes the better version of you.
1. Tell us about your background and journey.
I started my career as a professional cricketer, a national level soft ball and baseball player, always interested in fashion but I didn’t had the time to invest in it due to my busy schedule and my practices. I just realize that I worked so hard to be where I am today. I remember working in a bank for 12 hours and not being happy with what I was doing. I literally used to work like a machine. The only happiness back then was a hot shower for 10 minutes that’s it. I used to work weekdays and the weekend which by the way was only Sunday, I used to create my content.
Fortunately things fell into place In January of 2019.
I decided to quit my job and take social media influencing / Lifestyle Blogger as a full-time career and here I am entertaining you guys.
2. What led you to start your Blog and what is it about?
I started my blog on word press name Atrangi Womaniya randomly in 2016-17.
Blogging was not my cup of tea. I started reviewing products and that’s how it all started. But honestly, I had no idea about this industry I just wanted to hop into it. Back then I was working in a company and one of my colleague guided me through these procedures. I remember while deciding the name for my blog I was super confused and he helped me saying that Atrangi looks cool and it describes the better version of you so go ahead with it and that’s how we named it as Atrangi Womaniya .
3. Is it financially sustainable to be an digital creator these days?
I have no idea about the rest of the Content Creators And their struggles. But fortunately due to Covid my business has doubled. Most of the people are at home, working from home students have their online classes so digital platforms have helped a lot to the brands and obviously from a creator’s perspective definitely it has helped us. It’s financially sustainable and that’s how I decided to make it as a full-time career.
4. How can someone become a successful content creator?
If you have the answer, please share it to me as well. There is nothing such as a successful content creator but yeah I do believe that growing as a person, improvising your content and polishing your content make you a good content creator and that’s how you become successful. I am still doing it and I’ll keep on doing it. Being successful is a myth I believe in being satisfied and be happy with whatever I am creating.
5. How and where do you find inspiration to churn out content?
Many of you guys might know that I am a devoted fan of mostly sane aka Prajakta Koli. The amount to positive energy she spreads, the audience she has gained, then love she has received and spread is impeccable and I do want to be like her. She is my inspiration.
6. Who is your favorite creator and why?
I don’t actually have a single favorite creator. I do follow many genre. My feed is all about fashion, food, lifestyle, travel, entertainment and sports.
I believe that I don’t want to stick to a specific Genre and restrict my reach. I like to improvise and experiment with my content and that is the reason I follow many content creators.
In terms of fashion I do like Kritika Khurana, in terms of travel I like Larissa Dsa and Expolrerasious, In terms of Entertainment there is mostly sane , Dolly Singh and my dearest friend Karan Sonavne etc. I do get inspired by the content they create and the positive vibes they spread.
