Ankit Gupta - Life Is About Having Experiences, More Experiences In Life You Have More Successful You Are, And Always Remember Work Is Just A Part Of Your life, It Isn’t Your LIFE (Actor, India)

 


 Keep learning and be patient and wait for that chance and when that chance comes give it all.


1.Tell us about your upbringing and journey?

I was born and brought up in Meerut in a middle class family. My schooling and college everything is done from Meerut. I started working in call centres as I turned 18. 

Before that I started taking tution. Then I thought of becoming an actor. So I started Modeling in Delhi. After few years decided to come down to Mumbai and things fell in place.


2. Did you ever think or dream of being an actor?

Always. Since my childhood I always wanted to become an actor so I could be anything I wanted to be.


3. How can one approach their career and have the confidence and belief to become an actor?

There is no formula to this industry. Just keep motivating yourself and keep focused and keep learning everyday.


4. If not this, what would you be doing?

I can’t even think of doing anything else. I always believe in giving all the energy to one thing. So I never kept a backup or plan b.


5. For a compete outsider with inroads, what advice would you like to give?

As I said just keep focused and keep learning. They say life gives atleast one big chance, one opportunity to everyone and it’s up to you what you do with that chance. So just keep learning and be patient and wait for that chance and when that chance comes give it all.


6. What is your mantra of success?

Be patient be calm. And for me success isn’t only about professional growth it’s about personal growth also. Life is about having experiences. More experiences in life you have more successful you are. And always remember work is just a part of your life, it isn’t your LIFE.


7. Which is your favorite book and why?

I love a lot of books. I started reading during lockdown. I love Bhagwat Geeta, shiva trilogy, I love to read dr. Brian Weiss books. I love John grisham’s books. So no favourite in particular.
