I am a research analyst who works for an MNC. Being a foodie myself I always loved trying new recipes and that's how Crispylayers started.

My favourite is Italian and I am a big pizza lover.

Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

Yes, it can be a very rewarding career all you need to have is passion and consistency to take this up.

What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

When the taste matches my taste buds I always love to speak about it along with another perimeter like hygiene, healthy and quality

Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

Yes, Rajma chawal I don't think there will be a day in my life when I say no to rajma.
