Eyes are the precious thing giving by god and we should obey this gift. without eyes, it is very challenging to imagine our life. We human beings rely on our eyes to sense the world and having a dream of it But some people cannot undergo this present. Just ask a blind person he will tell the importance of eyes. Some supplements like vitamins, good for the eyes are omega-3, fatty acid, lutein, and zinc. But somehow we make mistakes that directly affect the eyes like:-
  • Staring at the screen- if we stare at the screen continuously without blinked eyes then our eyes get dry and dead skin cells collect on the surface of the eye due to this dark circle appears and eye-getting weak.
  • Rubbing the eyes- our eyes are very delicate. Those people are habitual to rub their eyes, they damage the blood vessels. If the hand is dirty, there is the possibility to enter the germs in the eye by finger. thus, it may lead to an eye infection.
  • Chemical burns- some people work in the chemical industry. here is the high expected rate of destruction of the eyes, if mistakenly and chemical like acid or alkali splashed or sprayed in the eye, so it can be very scary and raise the chances of eye damage.
  • Cataract- It is a medical condition in which eyeballs become progressively opaque resulting in blurred vision. It is commonly found in adults. This particular eye condition is usually expressed by the clouding of the natural crystalline lens within the eye. This phenomenon occurs by aging.
  • Macular Degeneration- This eye condition is defined as the detrition of the Retina and it is the leading cause of vision loss. An individual may experience blurry vision and loss of central or peripheral vision.

The eye is an important part of the human organ. The eye is a complex optical system that collects lights from the surrounding environment, regulates its intensity through a diaphragm, focuses it through an adjustable assembly of lenses to form an image, this image converts into a set of electrical signals and transmits these signals to the brain through complex neural pathways that connect them via the optic nerve to the visual cortex and other areas of the brain.

This was the function that how the eye works. eye helps to see the objects without this we cannot recognize the thing that we touch, what we smell, what are we running up to, what are we sit up to, etc.

Without this, we cannot see the beauty of the world. Our eyes start work the moment we wake up from bed. We see various human faces, beautiful colors without eyes the word seems to be dark.

1. Eat a balanced diet- For the eye omega-3, fatty acid, lutein, zinc, and vitamin are very useful to eat all vegetables and fruits. Fish is a very high-density food of omega-3, and fatty acids like tuna, salmon, and halibut.

2. Get regular exercise- exercising on daily basis can help to prevent a condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, all of which can lead to chronic eye problems that can damage the eye vision.

3. Wash the handwashing hand before eating food and touching the eye is the best way to cure the vision. As it leads to prevents germs to enter our body.

4. Stop smoking- Among many ways that smoking harms our health, it also damages the blood vessels that supply blood and nutrients to our optic nerve. Smoking also increases the chances of cataracts and age-related factor-like macular degeneration.

5. Eye drops- use eye drops for the healthy eye as per the doctor’s prescription. It will clean the eye from the inside.

6. Examine eyes on time- you should examine your eyes by the doctor once every year, it will ensure that your eyes are healthy or not. If any type of defect comes out then cure it by taking a prescription from your doctor. This is your responsibility to take a test every year and take advice from the doctor.

Taking care of yourself is not that complicated as it looks. We should care about our body parts to get some space from unhygienic and some chronic diseases. Taking care of your eyes may also benefit your overall health. 

People with poor vision have more chance to get some diseases like diabetes, poor hearing, heart problems, high blood pressure, lower back pain, and stroke as compared to good vision people. Good vision helps you perform well at work. That’s why it is important to take a few simple initiatives to make sure you help keep your eyesight at its best.
