about your background and journey.
Since I was
young, I had a problem with my weight, and I used to follow diets that my
mother told me until I reached the ideal weight and chose to specialize in the
field of nutrition and study foods and their substances and their effects on
the body and inform people of them.
2. When did
you first decide that you wanted to be a Nutritionist?
About ten
years ago, when I reached the ideal weight, I read more about this field, and I
loved it so much because of its information.
3. What
aspects of nutrition do you feel are most important to address when consulting
with people?
Of course,
the percentage of protein, carb, and fat in food, and which of them has a high
nutritional value, and which of them is suitable for all ages, and which of
them is not suitable for those suffering from a certain disease.
4. According
to you, what should be an ideal diet for today's youth?
Of course, an ideal diet for today's youth should be following intermittent fasting due to the benefits that the body has as a
result of its use, such as increasing growth hormone, killing cancer cells,
fighting harmful cells, purifying the blood of toxins, and much more.
5. Your advice
to our readers who are willing to follow a healthy diet plan?
You have to
intermittent fasting and the keto diet, both of which give your body the
desired shape and the perfect taut body.

your favorite book and why?
The book of
nutrition and exercise due to the secrets of the world of nutrition that were
not found in many books and very distinctive and effective exercises for the
body.
