Before considering the suggestions of the Ramamurthy Committee, the govt appointed another Committee beneath the place of Janardan Reddy in 1992.

In pursuance of the revised Programme of Action (POA) 1992, 2 new Centrally-sponsored
Schemes, i.e., (i) theme of space Intensive Programme for Educationally Backward Minorities . (ii)Scheme of economic help for Modernization of madrasah Education were launched throughout 1993-94.

9. Education for Minorities: Under the theme per cent help is given for: (i)institution of recent primary and higher primary faculties, non-formal education centres, where necessary.
(ii) Strengthening of educational infrastructure and physical facilities within the primary and higher primary schools; and
(iii) gap of multi-stream residential higher secondary faculties for women happiness to the educationally backward minorities.
