1. Tell us about your background and journey.
I’m Ishikaa and I’m 18 years old about my background I’m from a bong family but my birthplace is Delhi. Back in 2018 I didn’t know about blogging and influencing or the use of social media but I followed my side hobby which was making videos on a short video app after a few months I gained 90k followers on that application and I start growing on Instagram as well! As I love to doing makeup fashion since childhood so this become my journey as a lifestyle influencer2. What led you to start your page on Instagram and what is it about?
When I noticed another influencer like Komal Pandey that she is too good about outfits and other glamorous things I follow such influencers and started making content like them on my own Instagram page as I’m into lifestyle fashion beauty that’s why my Instagram handle describes these three categories about me.
3. How would you distinguish the term blogger from an influencer?
In my point of view bloggers, curate editorial content through a personal viewpoint and influencers promote their lifestyle and demonstrate how things fit into it.
4. Is it financially sustainable to be an influencer today?
Yes, it’s all about your hard work and creativity on your feed it’s not just only about financial things or luxury goodies I guess it’s about how creative you are and how passionate you are about such things.
5. What is your idea of success or your mantra in life?
There is nothing like a particular thing but the only thing in which I believe is TRUST IN YOURSELF because when you trust yourself and chant the same thing before any work you’ll overcome the fear of failure then you can achieve anything in your life
6. How can someone become a successful social media influencer?
If someone is very sure & passionate about their goals, nothing is impossible. As a social media influencer, I think if you have that spark you can positively influence anyone and somewhere your creativity is also playing a vital role in the successful influencer.
