Multinational corporation (MNC), also called transnational corporation, any corporation that is registered and operates in more than one country at a time. Generally the corporation has its headquarters in one country and operates wholly or partially owned subsidiaries in other countries.

MNCs offer standard leaves and over-time compensations. Whereas for a small scale company, this may vary. Career-growth: MNCs tend to have more number of employees , thus have usually bigger teams to work on a project. This allows employees to cross-skill and work on their career development.

MNCs better than Indian Companies:

Even though the representation is more from Indian companies, the preference for international companies remains higher still. In fact, 59% employees working with Indian organizations say MNCs are better employers while 79% MNC employees say their organizations are better places to work.

Startups in India usually have more transparency when compared to MNCs. In MNCs, you wouldn't even know why you are performing a certain task. At startups, everything is shared with the team and each one's inputs matter.

The multinational corporation is the only organization which has the resources and scope to think, to plan, and to act with worldwide planning of markets and sources. Many international opportunities require capital and technology on scale only large multinational corporations can supply.
