1. Tell us about yourself and your profession

Hi, I am Logesh. Most people, including my college Hod, remember me as a Loki man. I guess Loki man is the version that suits here in this world. I'm glad I found and realized him. So, about my studies, I am as usual an engineering guy who joined the college because my mom said so.  

And cleared all my 22 arrears last semester [ only because due to corona protocols]. Anyways, I found that I am not like this. I am not gonna construct any building. I am not gonna work in IT etc. I realized this during my 2nd year of college itself. I tried hard to be the guy whom society and my family wanted to be. 

But anyways I am always grateful for the people who mocked me & humiliated me on my appearance and attitude. That’s where I found fitness and Loki got released. Currently - I am a coach, content creator, training athlete, and young entrepreneur who is still trying to prove something in fitness! So that my mom could finally be proud of what I chose!

 

 

2. What is your Fitness Mantra?

Mine is very simple, I just wanna prove the guys who mocked me for eating eggs at class and skipping the college lunch & eating veggies & homemade rice & dal sitting alone in the class. My mantra is simple - I always tell myself. “LOKI DON'T MAKE THE EGGS YOU EAT AND THE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH YOU SKIPPED AT COLLEGE CANTEEN GO FOR WORTHLESS LIKE THAT MOCKED WORK HARD LOKI”.

 


3. What are some of the Major Misconceptions about diets and exercises?

People are never using the time and what they hear. If someone says - honey + hot water makes them lose fat they just simply follow it. It’s just 5 min for a google type to check the science in it. If someone says I can lose 5 kg in 5 days

They simply put all the money on them blindly. In this world, if a beggar asks for 10 ₹ inr people think for a min or people just skip them and walk away, why because they care so much about the money that’s fine, I am not coming for debate but if some guy says lose 5kg in 1 day why do that simply put the money on fake claims blindly Why? 

Because peoples always want a shortcut I guess poor people need to open an Instagram account and advertise Like ‘Lose 5 kg in 1 day, cure your diabetics by this homemade drink, cure PCOS in 15 days Our country will come out of poor .. THERE IS SO SHORT CUT if peoples are not educating them, it’s just waste of time, they I’ll give in somehow on any day Invest the time in education it just takes 5 min to watch a video in YouTube to see what calories deficit is but they don’t instead they il spend 5,000 on a guy who knows it by the same 5 min YouTube videos

4. How can one maintain a healthy lifestyle?

       simple food is energy & energy is what we use for all activity

Most of the people actually eat very less, Literally, I have seen 70 kg people eat 1200 calories and all Still they do not lose fat they are dropping inches in tapes How much further he still can eat less? When he is Already eating very under

And moving more .. Completing 15 k steps per day keep a target Doing 4-5 times of home workouts or gym workouts it can be done anywhere in 40 min of time cap When people say they don’t have time it’s just lame reason no human here is living a life without 1-hour time gap free in his day I have done workouts even on my hostels after night study If you want it you have to Dedicate it moving more with training against resistance push-pull, etc. Pushups, squats, planks, burpees, lunges, wall sit. These can be don’t anywhere anytime.

I SAY MOVING MORE TRAINING FOR SOMETHING IS KEY

 

 

5. How can one build a successful career in your field?

You have to educate people more than entertain them. In fitness 5 out 10 people have knowledge but not the social media physique but still, they do have so much value how? Because they use their education that’s what people needed here Educate people tell them the science tell them how & why

       Don’t say come train with me lose 5kg

       Say, Guys, this is the formula to lose educate them on that, and say if you like my work if you want to hire me as your coach give me DM

This is the right one that’s worked for me. I have shown my body in my previous contents! Just like that with good audio good looking 6 packs abs muscles etc. It never worked for me! I had no value for my body because 10000 ‘s of them already have nice physiques here so nothing makes me unique to give me follow or share. 

But when I started to say how I did this and how you can do this. People gave me value when I showed my kitchen and educated them on diets. People followed me for my education and supported me, mainly shared me with others. Education is success in social media.


 

6. What is one piece of advice you would like to give someone who wishes to lose weight?

Spend 15 min * 15 days on YouTube, books

JOIN A GYM - train for performance not to lose fat Or Buy dumbbells - train at home to increase your performance not to lose fat or use your body weight train for progression not to lose fat LOSING FAT SHOULD NOT BE YOUR GOAL Training for improvement in you progression week by week & your stamina, skills, ability to push-pull, and lift Train for this Body will your reward trust me.

 

 

7. How do diets and exercise contribute to overall well-being and Happiness?

I was a joke in my schooling. I used to eat a lot and people used to mock me a lot. I once remember I wanted to play in a cricket match during my PT period and one of my seniors mocked it by saying if you can run this ground 5 times, I’ll think about taking you as a substitute. 

During college, I was a spoiled guy with parties, drinks, etc. you know what I’m saying. People ditched me. Because I had nothing special, friends, relationships, everything. I was mocked so many times for being mentally depressed, bad health, bad habits, and bad body after Logesh turned into Loki man, the guys who mocked Logesh for eating eggs and veggies during Class under the bench Are now in the DM‘s of Loki man asking! Diet tips please, can't you see?  I evolved mentally and physically among friends’ family and this society. 

I thank no one but for push-ups, pull-ups, squats This Loki man.. and I will never rest until I prove something big here that’s rest me from eating eggs, I hope that day never comes! Can't you see?  I am addicted to fitness and living a healthy life I am addicted to proving to people that they are wrong.
