Raghav Arora - I Learnt That With Hardwork and, Consistency We Can Achieve Anything in Life (Content Creator From India)

As I always wanted to share the knowledge which I was acquiring in college or Internet, hence I started making reels on Instagram. Firstly I upload reels on facts. The facts which we miss in our daily life but they always had a very fascinating side. About 5-6 months, I uploaded videos on same genre. The results were not so good.

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

Hi, I am Raghav Arora. Being a native from Amritsar, Punjab, I have completed my Engineering this year from Amritsar. Mostly I spent my time in travelling and reading fiction books.

2.  How and when did you decide that you wanted to be a content creator, sharing about government jobs and success stories?

As I always wanted to share the knowledge which I was acquiring in college or Internet, hence I started making reels on Instagram. Firstly I upload reels on facts. The facts which we miss in our daily life but they always had a very fascinating side. About 5-6 months, I uploaded videos on same genre. The results were not so good. Even there were sometimes when I thought – “What Am I Doing? Will it ever benefit to me” 

But my family always supported me and motivated me to work consistently on content creation. It was my initial stage in this field. Hence I keep on experimenting with genre. One day I posted a video on the Govt. Job update and surprisingly it hit 4 million views. My followers shot up from 1200 to 200k, Hence, I started updating my audience about Govt. Jobs.

3.  Who is your favourite creator and why?

My favourite Content Creator is MBA Chaiwalla (Prafull Billore Sir). He is a great source of inspiration to the youngster. I keep on listening to him.

 

4. How do you earn through Instagram and your reels? What are your sources of earnings as a video creator?

Talking about my earning, I do not earn on Instagram as it is my beginning phase. I earned few bucks only through collaboration with different brands of education genre. I keep on getting many promotions but mostly I reject because they are not of education genres. I always chosaudience’s my audience interests.

 

5. What impact did all these learnings make in your life? Any experience that you would like to share?

From Content Creation, I got to connect with different creators and lacs of people. Basically, I learnt that with hardwork and, consistency we can achieve anything in life. For a creator, consistency is so important. 

Furthermore, I have experienced that we do not choose the genre on Instagram; Insta itself provides us our genre. We would never know that when will we be viral. It can be overnight as in mine case. If your hardwork does not pay off maybe in the 6th month you will be viral. Hence, Keep experimenting and keep hustling.

 

6. What do you most enjoy about your job?

Mostly, in content creation, I enjoy speaking in front of camera. As I love Public Speaking and Instagram gives me a global platform in which I showcase my skills.

 

7. Was there any setback in your journey that you later realised was a stepping stone?

Major Setback which I experienced Mostly people thought and commented that the job updates I am uploading were fake. So, many people criticized. But the unwavering support of my kept me strong and I am working consistently.
