Introduction:

Kdrama Name - Business proposal

Adapted from webtoon - Business proposal

Plot:

Shin Ha- ri( Kim Se- Jeong) goes on an eyeless date after she agrees to replace her friend, Jin Young- Seo ( Seol In-ah), whose father had arranged it. The plan is to have Ha- ri' getting rejected' by her prospective mate. Still, it goes amiss when her date turns out to be Kang Tae- moo( Ahn Hyo- Seop), CEO of Go Food, the company where Ha- ri workshops.

Tae- moo, who's being dragooned by his forefather Kang Da- goo( Lee Deok-Hwa), the president of Go Foods parent company, to go on eyeless dates with suitable marriage mates, decides to marry his eyeless date mate to avoid going on the rest of the dates, without knowing she's the fake Jin Young - Seo or that she's his hand, which she assiduously tries to hide.

Still, Ha- Ri's fake identity, but thankfully not her employment status, is soon exposed after the real Jin Young - Seo gets into a parking accident with Cha Sung-hoon ( Kim Min-kyu), Tae- moo's clerk, who was acting as Tae- moo's motorist at that moment.

After exposing Ha- Ri's identity, Young - Seo tricks Ha- Ri into a meeting with Tae- moo at his request. When he asks for her real name, Ha-Ri falsehoods and says that her name is Shin Geum- hui( the same name as the womanish lead of a popular fictional TV series Be Strong, Geum- hui( Korean 굳세어라 금희야).

( A)) to hide that she's his hand. Tae- moo bullies and backhanders Ha-Ri into pretending to be his fiancée in exchange for a payment per date after his forefather threatens to shoot him on innumerous eyeless dates. The cash-strapped Ha-Ri desperately needs the plutocrat to bail out her constantly penurious parents, so she accepts.

During the course of fake courting, Ha-ri uses her new identity alongside a fake background, created for her by Tae- moo and Sunghoon, to make a good first impression on Tae- moo's forefather. While the relationship starts out frosty and uncomfortable, the couple soon grows near until Tae- moo finds out Ha-Ri's real identity.

Despite feeling betrayed, Tae- moo still loves Ha-Ri and they later became a couple as he told Ha-Ri he knew the variety of her identity. Meantime, Young- Seo moves out of her father's house to escape his demands to attend eyeless dates and finds out, in a ridiculous moment involving a marauding cockroach, that she's now Sung-hoon's neighbor, the man with whom she had come infatuated at first sight after meeting him at a convenience store.

While Young-Seo is attracted to him, Sung-hoon is worried about her deceiving his master, so he constantly tries to avoid her. Still, he can not further deny his growing affection for Young-Seo when he realizes it ultimately, and they get together.

Personal Verdict:

“Do you know what my love for you and this credit card have in common? They both have no limit. There’s no limit at all.” -Kang Tae Moo

This drama started with a bang and continued to be my Fav Mon/ Tue drama in march 2022 though there were numerous other Ongoing dramas that were good, what makes this drama special is that it's delightful and easy to watch, the stylish choice for binge-watching you just put this show on you will have the most delightful time and would Giggling for 8 hours and 4 hours you would be conking over the love.

It's a fast-paced love line either the first lead or alternate lead. This drama is filled with astonishingly passionate couple chemistry and makes this drama so swoon-worthy.

Our main leads have great chemistry, especially before they're officially an item. Once they're together, the sizzling chemistry changes to commodity sweeter. It's hard to find a rom-com where the secondary love is just as intriguing and delightful as the main love.

There is just enough screen time for our 2ML/ 2FL to develop their love, not overshadow the main love, and yet not so insignificant that we wish they do not live. The two love stories co-occur really well in this drama and I'm invested in both of them.

In a way, they differ from each other enough. love at first sight vs sluggishly developed love, theme demesne dates vs hiking dates, rich ML vs rich 2Fl, sweet love vs hot/ amorous love. Also, we got amazing kisses in this drama with both couples. No fish kisses and the ladies also initiate kisses.
