My View

I recently read the book ‘The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari’ by Robin Sharma and it was a life-changing experience for me. I found the book to be a great source of inspiration and wisdom for the modern world. The book is about the story of Julian Mantle, a successful lawyer who has it all – wealth, fame, and a luxurious lifestyle. But despite all his success, he is unfulfilled and is searching for true happiness.

At this juncture, Julian decides to give up his material possessions and venture on a spiritual journey to India. During his journey, he meets a wise sage who teaches him the seven virtues of enlightened living. – Courage, Discipline, Focus, Love, Wisdom, Mastery, and Service. Julian eventually realizes that the true source of happiness lies in living a life of purpose with peace and joy.

What I found most inspiring about this book was the way it highlighted the importance of life balance. The book taught me that while success is important, it’s just one part of life and it shouldn’t be pursued at the expense of our inner peace. It showed me how to strike a balance between work and leisure, and how to live in the present moment.
