One piece is a shounen adventure manga written and drawn by Eiichiro Oda, serialized on Weekly Jump since 1997. The story mainly focuses on Monkey D. Luffy, a young pirate along with his crew members sets sail to find everything the world has to offer, that is, the One Piece.


One Piece is the treasure left by the former king of the pirates, D. Roger. Across the sea there are many devil fruit eaters, including Luffy. Devil Fruit is fruit found in the sea which provides different types of powers to different individuals who eat it. Luffy ate the Gum-Gum Fruit which makes him stretch like rubber. 


One piece has the record of most selling manga of all time. According to sources, One Piece manga has had a total estimated circulation of approximately 3.18 billion copies in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine.

Nana

Nana is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Ai Yazawa. It was serialized in the monthly shoujo manga magazine Cookie from May 2000 to May 2009.


Nana ran in the magazine for 84 chapters, until the July 2009 issue and the series was put on hiatus in June of the same year due to Yazawa falling ill. Yazawa returned from hospital in 2010 but it was not specified when or if  would resume the manga.


The series centres on Nana Osaki and Nana Komatsu, two young ladies moving to Tokyo to pursue their dreams. Nana Osaki wants to become a singer and get famous whereas Nana Komatsu is in search of some romance in life. They both stay together as roommates and become best friends.


The emotional connection between them is just heartwarming. Everything about this manga is great. From characters to storyline, you will fall in love with all. Some might even be able to relate this manga to their personal experience.


In 2002, Nana won the 48th Shogakukan Manga Award for shoujo category. As of September 2019, the manga had over 50 million copies in circulation, making it one of the best selling manga series.

Slam Dunk is a Japanese sports manga series written and illustrated by Takehiko Inoue. It was serialised in Shueisha’s shonen manga magazine Weekly Shonen Jump from October 1990 to June 1996.


This manga involves the story of a basketball team from Shohoku High School in the Shonan area of Japan. The main character, Hanamichi Sakuragi is a first year student at Shohoku High School.


He meets his crush Haruko Akagi, who asks him to join the basketball team. This story follows how the basketball team goes through ups and downs. You will enjoy every single match and also the characters drawn are so classy.
