You will lick your dish and will crack on the plate once you will try it. And why not this will happen as every mango lover likes mango dishes.
Mango Phirni is a thick and creamy pudding. It is made by using Basmati Rice., milk, sugar, and obviously the main thing mangoes. For decoration and for some more flavour people add almonds and pistachios as well but it totally depends on you.
If you like nuts and interested in decorating, then must go for it otherwise not. But it is not the main ingredient.
This desert is very common in North India especially in the Punjab and Haryana. Almost in every house you will find this is mango season.

Festive occasions, wedding, parties, or any special day usually have this mango dish in their menu.
Process of making Mango Phirnis involves grinding rice, pureeing the mangoes, adding sugar and some other steps also.
Usually, this mango dish is served in traditional mathka (made from soil), kulhad, kasore. This earthenware usually absorbs the water from mango dish and thus makes it thicker. Even the earthenware also infuses earthy aroma in the dish which makes it tastier, and people relishes it.
Mango Crisp Dessert
Firstly, lets talk about the ingredients involved in this Mango dish. So the ingredients involve in this are sugar, lemon juice, pure vanilla extract, cornstarch, cinnamon, and the main thing mangoes in sliced form.

Some other ingredients are also involved but for topping purpose mainly which obviously not important to put in your dish. But lets roll our eyes to them also.
So, these toppings are whipped cream, unsalted butter, rolled oats, cinnamon sugar. All these are optional, they just add some flavour and décor your mango dish.
Filipino Mango Royale
It is also known as mango float. This tasty dessert is made with layers of sweet, whipped cream, manila mangoes and graham crackers.
Ingredients that we will require to make this mango dish are Graham cracker crumbs, butter prefer unsalted butter, condensed milk, whipping cream, Manila Mangoes.
Lime juice can also be used but it is optional not the main ingredient.
This desert is very easy to prepare and even does not involve many ingredients also. It is a frozen Filipino dessert that takes advantage of peak-of-the-season mangoes.
Even you can store the mango royal if you are not going to eat the whole pie though freezing and storing foods is not the good idea. So, refrain from making extra.
Sweet and Salty Mango Lassi
This is delicious you must try it once if have not done yet. Ingredients involved in this are cumin seeds, cup fresh lime juice, black salt, whole-milk yogurt, unsweetened mango pulp.
For serving purpose you may use mint springs but it is optional and totally depends on you.
This recipe is on lighter side, so if you want to make your lassi thicker add less water and skip pouring ice into this.
Mango Mousse
This mango dish can be made by just 2 ingredients one is mango pulp and the other is cream. This dish is eggless, gelatin-free, and gluten-free.
It is not only easy to make but this dish is loaded with a lot of nutritional values. Mango mousse is a great source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and fiber, making this dessert healthier and obviously is good in taste already.
Mango mousse can be made on any special occasions like parties, dinner nights or on any special day. A mango lover will certainly love mango mousse.
