Food Blogging according to me can be a full-time job and can transcend into becoming one’s main career and source of income. 

1. Your favorite cuisine and dish?

Indian Cuisine hands down. I love traditional Indian food as they are diverse in flavor and texture. Apart from that, I enjoy other cuisines as well such as ‘Buffalo Wings from American, Shawarma and Al Faham from the Arabian, and Fried Rice from the Chinese’.

 

2. What is Your Favourite Cuisine?

My Favourite Is Definitely Indian: In particular Chettinad style food. Other than this I love Italian cuisine and French cuisine.

 

3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

Food Blogging according to me can be a full-time job and can transcend into becoming one’s main career and source of income. It ultimately comes down to one’s hard work and consistency.

 

4. Which restaurants/Food joints would you recommend to food lovers?

There is a particular pushcart near Irumbuliyur, Chennai. I would certainly call it a Sea Food Heaven. They provide various fried seafood snacks such as Fish Pakodas, Fried Calamaris. They only cost 50/- per plate and are totally worth it.

 

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on our blog?

I appreciate restaurants mainly for the quality of their food, hospitality, and ambiance. I don’t mind the price as long as the food lives up to my expectation.

 

6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

I am a Chicken Biriyani and Chicken Wings lover through and through. I honestly can have Biriyani and Wings for 3 meals a day for 365 days and still wouldn’t grow tired of it. Just like how Biriyani contains many different ingredients with different flavors. they all combine to give an amazing taste. So are our lives, Diverse feelings make us human. I remember a time when I felt solemn, I simply ordered biryani and after a while, I felt rather cheerful.

 

7. Which is your favorite book and why?

I enjoy books from the Thriller genre, especially Dan Brown’s noted works. Mainly because the plot is always designed for a 24-hour duration. They open with a terrible mishap around which the story revolves and the plot moves at a blazing speed with detailed description. It always keeps me on the edge of my seat. Loved ‘Angels & Demons, Deception Point, and The Da Vinci Code’, Three of my all-time favorites from the lot.
