The Shaniwarwada Fort in Pune, Maharashtra, is a well-known historical site with a significant place in Indian history. The fort, which Peshwa Bajirao I built in the early 18th century and served as both the Peshwas' palace and administrative centre, symbolises the vibrant culture of Pune and the Maratha Empire.
