1. Can you provide an overview of iGear Tech Pvt Ltd, its mission, and the innovative products it offers to the corporate world?

iGear is a tech and lifestyle brand that offers top-of-the-line audio products, gaming peripherals, and various home and office accessories. Our mission is to enable a better lifestyle through technology. For us, being innovative doesn't only mean introducing new and unique products but also curating the right products based on market research and insights.

2. Tell us more about your company and your journey.

Developing iGear has been no different than raising a child as you have to pay a lot of attention in the initial stages. As the company grows, you have to understand when and where to be a parent or a friend. Finding the right balance between managing and nurturing a business is of utmost importance, and we were lucky to get in the groove early.

3. As a co-founder, what are your key responsibilities and contributions to iGear Tech's growth and success?

As a co-founder, my responsibilities encompass vision, leadership, strategy, product development, management, sales, and more. I work with our leadership team to steer the company, brainstorm ideas, discuss trends, and how we, as a brand, can adapt to changing circumstances, ensuring the company thrives and achieves its goals.

4. Balancing the roles of a mompreneur and business leader can be challenging. How do you effectively manage both personal and professional aspects, and have your experiences in motherhood impacted your business approach?

Balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship is a complex challenge. You have to set clear boundaries, manage time efficiently, learn how to delegate, set time aside for yourself, and practice self-care. Building a strong support network is essential, as you would need all the help you can get, be it from your partner, family, and sometimes even from your children. But motherhood often fosters qualities like empathy, resilience, prioritization, and creativity, all of which enhance your leadership skills in business. So it all works out in the end. :)

5. Innovation is a central theme for your company. How does iGear Tech foster innovation in its products, and what strategies do you employ to stay competitive in the market?

To nurture innovation in audio and lifestyle products, iGear collaborates with experts and dedicates resources to research and development. We prioritize user-centric design, encourage a culture of creativity, and keep a constant eye on market trends while being mindful of sustainability. We use insights and technology to strategize how to market products thoughtfully, offer fair pricing, and provide outstanding customer support. All of this is done while safeguarding intellectual property and analyzing data for ongoing enhancement.

Our overarching goals include continuously enhancing our product portfolio to deliver top-notch quality, expanding our presence in global markets by tailoring our offerings to local preferences, diversifying our product categories strategically, developing an interconnected ecosystem of products and services, and fortifying our brand through authenticity and storytelling. We'll also maintain a strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction to build lasting relationships with them and the people we work with.

With over seven years of experience in co-founding and running iGear, I have contributed to the development and launch of multiple products that appeal to a new generation of consumers. .
