Do Patti is a bollywood thriller movie with twists and turns at every moment starring Kriti Sanon, Kajol and Shaheer Sheikh.

But after the case is closed and Dhruv is charged as guilty she discovers the entire truth of how Saumya, Shailee and her caretaker orchestrated this entire incident to make sure Dhruv was given a longer punishment as it would have been difficult to prove the abuse happening in their home so they needed a public display.
Also the punishment for domestic abuse is much shorter than punishment for attempted murder. Hence, the entire plan.
